Do you have any active discount codes?
We always offer 10% off for first time newsletter subscribers. It's our way of saying thank you for signing up to Judith Billig Art updates. You may sign up at the bottom of this page under SUBSCRIBE. I will send you the 10% off discount code in separate mail. This code can only be used once per customer.
Why can't I create an account in your shop to save my address and payment information?
We prefer to keep your personal information as private as possible. Therefore, we like to store as little of this information as possible. Plus, it slows down your check out when you're a new customer or you're a returning customer and you just can't seem to remember your password.
I'm trying to check out and my payment isn't going through.
We have several security measures in place to protect you. Double check your cvv (card verifcation value) is entered in correctly. If you are still having issues, try selecting PayPal as your payment method to see if that alternative method works. If you're still having issues, please contact us though the "Contact" site and we'll figure it out!
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size, weight and value of your package.
I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, can I pick up locally?

When do you ship packages?
As the printed items are custom made for you, please allow up to 7 days for manufacturing, processing and packing your order. Once your order is shipped, please allow 3-6 business days to receive your package for US addresses. If you need your package sooner, please email us through the "Contact" page so we can discuss expedited shipping options.
The only exceptions are the Martin Combat Boots that I have custom made in Hongkong ... please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and shipping time for these items.
Will I receive a confirmation email or tracking number once I place my order?
You will first receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. If you have not received these emails, check your spam folder or get in touch with us.
My USPS tracking says the package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything.
Sorry USPS is taking awhile to get the package to you! Packages can get hung up at certain points for a variety of reasons. Email us through the "Contact" page and we'll create a case for USPS to locate the package.
